DELIVERY POLICY
For all orders placed, packages are prepared within 1 to 3 days, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
- Home delivery or collection point: La Poste via the Colissimo service handles the shipment (Tuesday to Friday). Packages are delivered to the customer against signature.
Maison Les Demois'Elles Les Coton'Elles is pleased to offer free shipping in France for all orders over €89. This offer does not apply to certain bulky items such as furniture or some fragile lighting fixtures, nor to local courier deliveries.
We do our best to ship your orders quickly, but once the packages are handed over to the carriers we are not responsible for any delays caused by them.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period begins upon receipt of your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but in the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for your new order.
To avoid any risk of breakage, all returned orders must be sent back to us in their original packaging to the following address:

Broken returned items cannot be refunded.
Items not collected from a relay point and returned to us cannot be refunded in case of breakage.
Custom-made or personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable; this applies to:
- all embroidered products.
